Sarah is a personal transformation guide, E-RYT 500, YACEP, facilitator of spiritual retreats and teacher of the Certifications of Meditation and Devotion, Breathwork, Crystal Alchemical Bowls, and Sonotherapy.
Sarah has been on the path of sound and meditation for more than 20 years, and over the course of the last decade she began to explore the senses through conscious breathing (breathwork), sound, mantras and voice as instruments of devotion to raise consciousness and even help heal ourselves.
In 2015, Sarah founded Be Generation Love with the mission of inspiring people to connect to the silence of their hearts so that they live a more loving, balanced, conscious and purposeful life. In 2021, Be Generation Love School (BGLS) was born, a holistic school that offers professional certifications for the soul, body and spirit that provides people with growth, healing and personal transformation.
